For our cyber café, we require a stable, high-speed internet connection to support gaming, streaming, and general browsing for all customers. After evaluating available options in Malaysia, we have selected Unifi Fiber as the primary internet service for the business.

Purpose: Backup internet during fiber maintenance or outages


Plan: RM120/month with 50GB data


Usage: Critical operations only (payment system, admin tasks)


Implementation Details:

Router: Provided by Unifi (WiFi 6 capable)


Installation: Professional setup by Unifi technicians


Contract: 24-month commitment with free installation


Estimated Monthly Internet Cost: RM199 (primary) + RM120 (backup) = RM319


Bandwidth Allocation:

Gaming PCs: 150 Mbps (50% of total bandwidth)


Public WiFi: 100 Mbps (33%)


Admin & Servers: 50 Mbps (17%)
